Bhabishya Neupane is a programmer with the Integrated Cancer Data Resource (ICDR) and the Research and Data Engineering (RDE) team at the Center for Biomedical Informatics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He holds a double major in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His work focuses on maintaining the genomic data inventory and supporting cancer research projects that advance data-driven cancer care. Bhabishya is particularly interested in leveraging machine learning techniques and downstream applications of large language models to facilitate research.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball and golf, as well as reading.
